    Refund policy

     

    Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital crochet or knitting patterns once they have been purchased and downloaded. All sales of digital products are final. We recommend that you carefully review the product descriptions and images before making a purchase to ensure that the item meets your needs and expectations. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@crochify-patterns.com before making your purchase. Our team is always ready to help you make an informed decision.

    In the rare case that you have accidentally placed a duplicate order for digital products, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for refunding you. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase to avoid this situation.

    Crochify Club Subscription : For our Crochify Club members, please note that we do not accept refunds for subscription fees that have already been paid. All subscription charges are final.

    However, you may cancel your membership at any time to stop future billing. Canceling ensures you will not be charged again for the upcoming month.

    Physical Products (Crochet Kits): Your order is eligible for a return or an exchange within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund, exchange, or credit.

    Return Conditions for Physical Goods:

    • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • Shipping charges are not refundable, and Crochify does not cover any costs for the return.
    • To return an item, please email contact@crochify-patterns.com with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    • We'll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Unacceptable Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:

    • Customized Products: We cannot exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.
    • Damaged or Altered Items: You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Any returns received that do not meet these specifications will not receive a refund for the order.

    Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Return & Replace Address: Please contact us to get the full address.

    Refund Processing Time: 5-10 business days after the returned unit has arrived.
